Jack has over 25 years of experience in the Construction industry. He has enjoyed the opportunity to work on some of New England's most premier residential properties. He is committed to staying on the cutting edge of modern construction techniques while preserving the aesthetic needs of many architectural styles. In addition to his adminitrative duties, Jack also:
- Oversees daily field operations and maintains a high client visibility as a company representative involved in the sale of service, labor estimates and job progress reports as well as serving as liaison for all roof related trades and on-site maintenance staff.
- Has provided consulting services, published articles in local and national trade publications and has established himself as an expert in exterior building details.
- Is fluent in Spanish and has successfully trained many bi-lingual personnel throughout his career. Recent immigration trends and the nature of the construction industry create an opportunity for employers that can communicate with the Latino community, as well as for the client that benefits from the many talents that this community has to offer.

Jim has over 25 Years of experience managing residential and commercial design-build projects with contract values exceeding $10 million. He has designed and integrated programs for construction including contract submittals and value engineering for cost impact services.
- He works diligently to develop win/win customer relationships, recruit the finest subcontractors, strengthen vendor ties while maintaining current protocols for manufacturer warranty guidelines.
- Negotiates contracts and manages construction activities throughout the development process by ensuring that construction meets standards and time frames projected within cost estimates.
- Tracks costs and schedules using construction specific accounting software. Experience in writing Scopes of Work and evaluating proposals from vendors and subcontractors using Best Value criteria.
